Yield: 2-3 servings

 

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups veggies, garlic, ginger, etc.
  • 3 chicken stock cubes
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tsp oregano
  • 1 Tbsp. mixed herbs
  • 1 can tuna
  • 2 Tbsp. corn starch
  • 3 Tbsp. milk powder
  • 4 1/2 cups water

 

Instructions

  1. Fry veggies until tender.
  2. Add the herbs, stock, soy, and tuna with 4 cups water.
  3. Add salt to taste.
  4. Let simmer about 15-30 minutes.
  5. Mix milk powder and cornstarch into the remaining half cup of water.
  6. Add the half cup of liquid to the pan.
  7. Stir until sauce thickens.

8. Eat over a starch.
