Yield: 2-3 servings
Ingredients:
- 3 cups veggies, garlic, ginger, etc.
- 3 chicken stock cubes
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 2 tsp oregano
- 1 Tbsp. mixed herbs
- 1 can tuna
- 2 Tbsp. corn starch
- 3 Tbsp. milk powder
- 4 1/2 cups water
Instructions
- Fry veggies until tender.
- Add the herbs, stock, soy, and tuna with 4 cups water.
- Add salt to taste.
- Let simmer about 15-30 minutes.
- Mix milk powder and cornstarch into the remaining half cup of water.
- Add the half cup of liquid to the pan.
- Stir until sauce thickens.
8. Eat over a starch.
