Yield: 2-3 servings
- 3 cups spinach, cabbage, or a dark leafy green, sliced thinly
- 1 can of tuna
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- ginger, to taste
- Fry onion, garlic, and ginger in oil until desired tenderness.
- Add tuna, salt, and spinach and fry until spinach is wilted.
