Tuna Fried Spinach

Tuna Fried Spinach

Yield: 2-3 servings



  • 3 cups spinach, cabbage, or a dark leafy green, sliced thinly
  • 1 can of tuna
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • ginger, to taste



  1. Fry onion, garlic, and ginger in oil until desired tenderness.
  2. Add tuna, salt, and spinach and fry until spinach is wilted.
