A simple fruit salad that can be elegantly served in a stemware glass or a pineapple “boat.”


Yield: 8 servings



  • 10-12 C. of sliced or chopped fruit:

    star fruit (carambola)
    pineapple (fresh or canned)
    banana (add at the last minute) oranges (or canned mandarin oranges)

  • 2 T. lime juice

  • 3-4 T. honey



1. Combine fruit and set aside in fridge to chill.

2. In a small bowl, mix lime juice with honey.

3. When ready to serve, toss the lime juice and honey over the fruit.
