Ingredients
- 1/2 C. (125 ml) wine vinegar
- 1/2 C. (125 ml) olive oil
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. brown sugar
- 1 T. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. prepared mustard
- 2 tsp. dried parsley flakes
- 1 small onion, finely sliced
- 1 lb. (500 g) fresh mushrooms or 1-2 cans artichoke hearts, drained
Instructions
Combine all ingredients except mushrooms or artichokes in a small saucepan and bring to a boil. Cool. Add mushrooms or artichokes to cooled marinade and refrigerate in a tightly covered bowl overnight.
