Day 30 | 30 Days of Prayer | Cape Town
Today we pray…
You are worthy to take the scroll and to open its seals, because you were slain, and with your blood you purchased men for God from every tribe and language and people and nation. You have made them to be a kingdom and priests to serve our God, and they will reign on the earth. Worthy is the Lamb, who was slain, to receive power and wealth and wisdom and strength and honor and glory and praise! Revelation 5:9–10, 12
Alleluia! You are indeed worthy, Lord! Thank You for Your precious life-giving blood. Thank You that we are part of Your body around the world. Thank You for calling people from every tribe, language, people, and nation. Thank You that We have been a part of this plan through every prayer We have offered for these global women living around the world who are proclaiming Your salvation. Take our offerings of prayer and multiply them. We give You all our praise! You are worthy!
Father, we ask that You lead the staff this afternoon as the team begins to share their experiences together. May their debriefing time be one of thanksgiving, praise, and mutual affirmation as we all give You intentional praise for every testimony and answer. So many prayers have gone into making this happen; Lord, hear our prayers.
We also ask for Your hand of protection over each individual as they travel, visit sites, enjoy their time together, and meet in Your name. Bless them with safety at all times.
Lord, we pray for each volunteer staff member as they return home and continue to process all that they have heard and learned; may they be fully equipped and have the ability to share the retreat’s impact with family, friends, and supporters. May all this be done with excellence, giving You all the glory and praise.
In Jesus’ name, Amen.
