__ DAY 14 – STRENGTHENED INNER BEING/DEEPER LOVE FOR CHRIST__

We pray Father, God, that out of your glorious riches, You may strengthen each lady with POWER through Your Spirit in their INNER beings, so that Christ may DWELL in their hearts through faith (we ask that it deepen). We pray that they, being rooted and established in love, may have POWER  to grasp (feel, experience) how wide and long and high and deep is the love of Christ, and to know (experience) this love that surpasses knowledge – that they may be filled to the measure of all the fullness of God. He is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to his POWER that is at work within each of these ladies!

Ephesians 3:15-20

Today we pray for attendees: Megan, Karla, Courtney, and Vicki

“The magnitude of the issues that need addressing is at times overwhelming. God is gracious in His nearness. Our prayer is to [not only] have His heart, but manage to BEAR His heart and demonstrate His deep love toward others, that people would really understand their value and worth to Him.” (attendee serving refugees) “I desire a deeper love/affection for and intimacy with Jesus.” (attendee).

Like its neighbors, Iran and Afghanistan, Pakistan faces overwhelming challenges. With a weak civilian government, autocratic military rule, Islamic extremists, a decades-long conflict with India, and dealing with Afghanistan, the country is faced with a bleak hope for the future. Cross-cultural workers are still active in this desperate country in spite of the pressure of ministering under Islamic rule. Many are involved in medical care or job training, focusing on the poor. Father, we pray for the perseverance of Christian workers in the face of persecution and intimidation. National believers have been politically marginalized with little protection from discrimination or abuse. You, Lord, are their only hope!

In Jesus’ name, Amen.
