Global Woman Highlight | Julia Love

Hi. My name is Julia Love. I am Australian, single, and have been doing full time cross-cultural ministry for nearly 28 years. The first 20 years I worked with the Australian Assemblies of God and was located in Bolivia, followed by Mozambique, then Ukraine. For the last 8 years, I have been happily travelling and working as a permanent itinerant overseas worker.  I minister mainly in the capacity of an ‘Aaron or Hur’, who for a little while, holds up the arms of any discouraged or tiring Moses (permanent worker) on the ground. I usually spend 1-3 months in the countries I visit – and can be involved in doing rural pastors conferences, orphanage work, Christian rehab centres, schools, or cooking and washing for exhausted Mums or sick singles.

Right now I am in India teaching some latino workers better English so they can be more effective here. I also try to leave workers and national pastors with a range of good simple teaching material, particularly as I often work with fruitful rural pastors who have had little opportunity for any training in their earlier days.

I will leave you with an excellent resource for B&W Christian children’s puzzles in 18 different languages.

Print out what you like and please send Diane and Wally Anchen an email. If you would like any youth, or basic courses for rural pastors’ new church plants (in English, Spanish or Portuguese and some in Russian) you can write to me at [email protected]

Many blessings, Julia
