________________ DAY 21 – COUNSELING/PRAYER TEAM________________

How blessed is God! And what a blessing he is! He’s the Father of our Master, Jesus Christ, and takes us to the high places of blessing in him. Long before he laid down earth’s foundations, he had us in mind, had settled on us as the focus of his love, to be made whole and holy by his love. … He wanted us to enter into the celebration of his lavish gift-giving by the hand of his beloved Son.

Ephesians 1:3–6 (The Message)

Today I/we pray for attendees: Patti, Miriam, Bobbie, Sue, and Linda

Father, may each woman feel the gaze of Your love upon her; be the lifter of her guilt, shame, and failures, and may she realize that this time is Your gift to her. Through our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, may she fully receive You.

God, today I/we want to ask for Your special blessing for our volunteer counselors; prepare their hearts and lives for the task awaiting them. May You lead them to connect quickly and deeply with the women; empower their listening, understanding, compassion, touch, and words. I/we pray that the women feel “safe” with them and are able to share their real issues quickly. I/we ask for wisdom, discernment, and insight for the counselors, and that they be highly sensitive and responsive to the leading of the Spirit. May the women feel heard and loved and leave with hope, healing, new insights, and resources. Let each encounter be glorifying to You.

Lord, I/we ask that Your Holy Spirit have full reign in every prayer session. May Jackie, Linda, Leslie, and Katie be given supernatural stamina and have divine encounters while listening, praying, and helping the women relax and feel beautiful. I/we are so glad You care!

Tunisia was once known as one of the more open countries in North Africa. Radical extremists have changed that with several attacks, leaving carnage in their wake. Heavenly Father, I/we pray that workers there would be used by God to give hope through the Prince of Peace to the vast majority of the population.

In Jesus’ name, Amen.
