_______________________ DAY 17 – FORGIVENESS_______________________

Jesus prays for His disciples:

Holy Father, protect them by the power of your name—the name you gave me—so that they may be one as we are one. … My prayer is not that you take them out of the world but that you protect them from the evil one. … Sanctify them by the truth; your word is truth.

John 17:11, 15, 17

Today I/we pray for attendees: Marsha, Robin, Nichole, Andrea, and Robin

Lord, I/we ask that Your Spirit will reveal any areas of unforgiveness among Your workers. We battle an enemy who uses relational wounds to divide us in our goal of seeing Your Kingdom expanded. I/we pray against unforgiveness between team members (or national partners), grace to accept one another as they are, along with wisdom and perseverance to work in unity. I/we ask for healing and for truth to purify. May the interaction with others in hard situations lead to forgiveness and freedom.

Father God, Taiwan, off the coast of China, is a country used to walking on egg shells in their prickly relationship with the mainland. After years of slow growth and apathy, the Christian community is now enjoying growth via mega churches and house churches. The church is also awakening to the impact it can have throughout Asia including the vast population of China. I/we pray for continued growth and awakening.

In Jesus’ name, Amen.
