The Lord God is with you, he is mighty to save. He will take great delight in you, he will quiet you with his love, he will rejoice over you with singing (Zephaniah 3:17).

Beauty is downplayed in many of the countries where these ladies are serving. Abba, would you affirm their unique beauty (inner and outer). Give them strength to combat the lies of Satan, accept your delight in them, and rest in your love. Help them be disciplined and creative as they care for their bodies, work at being healthy and fit while dealing with stress and transition (especially while Stateside with American food and tons of visits!). Bless Bobbi as she leads a fitness class and offers advice.

Father, we want to lift up Nancy and Becky as they interact with the women through offering color-analysis and make-up. Our desire is to affirm their God-given gift of femininity and create a place of warmth, beauty, and laughter. We ask that each woman find a piece of clothing that fits great in the boutique, and give Nancy, Debbie, and Phyllis joy as they help them figure that out.

Bless Angela and Alicia as they coordinate the book table. Pour out your blessings on the women as they soak in these resources!

Lord, we want to lift up the country of Spain. The transformation of Spain since 1974 is astonishing – from dictatorship to liberty, poverty to wealth, isolation to integration into Europe, and religious discrimination to rampant secularism. There is a spiritual vacuum which is being filled by secularism and materialism – there has not been the longed-for turning to a personal relationship with Christ as religious freedom has increased. Foreign cults and the occult have increased – with mediums, astrology, and parapsychology having a high profile. Drugs and gambling are also on the rise. Lord, we pray for spiritual power, love, wisdom, and God prepared opportunities, along with perseverance, for all seeking to minister to these people bound by Satan’s wiles and quite uninterested and apathetic toward Christ and His Word.

In Jesus’ name, Amen.
