When a boy is determined to catch a fish, nothing is going to keep him from doing just that. He can’t be bothered if he doesn’t have the “proper” equipment; anything which will get the job done is sufficient.
I wonder if we are just as determined to go fishing for men? Or do we hide behind the excuse that we aren’t “properly” equipped with the latest methods of evangelism? As believers, we are fully equipped to do every job that God asks us to do. He has given us His Word and His Holy Spirit. Follow Him, and He WILL make you a fisher of men.
