Attendees: Theressa, Alicia, and Leticia
We ask God to fill each of these ladies with the knowledge of his will through all spiritual wisdom and understanding. We pray this in order that they may live a life worthy of the Lord and may please him in every way: bearing fruit in every good work, growing in the knowledge of God, being strengthened with all power according to his glorious might so that they may have great endurance and patience, joyfully giving thanks to the Father (Colossians 1:9-11).
Lord, please give them wisdom and direction as they continue to seek Your will as to ministry, location, and timing. For those who have transitioned from one ministry (sometimes to a different country) to another, help them approach it with an open heart and new vision.
There are those who have recently returned from a Stateside assignment and are readjusting to being back in Peru – others will soon be going to the States. Both require physical, emotional, and spiritual strength. We ask that their time at the retreat would provide that. Lead the women to connect with one another on logistical helps in the above scenarios, as well as “being understood” and prayed for. May they come away from the retreat with renewed perspective, hope, connection with you, and reminded that they are part of a family who understands.and cares. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
