Attendees: Janet, Dian, Jeana, Nancy, and Selena

We ask God to fill each of these ladies with the knowledge of his will through all spiritual wisdom and understanding. We pray this in order that they may live a life worthy of the Lord and may please him in every way: bearing fruit in every good work, growing in the knowledge of God, being strengthened with all power according to his glorious might so that they may have great endurance and patience, joyfully giving thanks to the Father (Colossians 1:9-11).

Lord, please give them wisdom and direction as they continue to seek Your will as to ministry, location, and timing. In addition, guidance in personal decisions. It is a constant challenge to know when to give to those around, and when it is more harmful to do so. Living among such poverty is a heavy burden, please help the ladies be like Christ on a daily basis, not wanting to fall into “compassion fatigue”. There are many expectations of the west to meet the needs of those around them, and can cause friction between national leadership and the global workers.
