Today we pray for…

Retreat attendees: Amanda and Cecily

We want to keep asking that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the glorious Father, may give these ladies the Spirit of wisdom and revelation, so that they may KNOW him better.  We pray also that the eyes of their hearts may be enlightened in order that they may know the HOPE to which he has called them, the riches of his glorious inheritance in the saints, and his incomparably great POWER for them who believe (Ephesians 1:17-19).

Know, Hope, Power…intimacy, rekindled faith, surrender, renewed trust in His goodness and love for each individual woman, is our prayer. As they are surrounded by beauty (Snowmass), awaken anew a deep sense of wonder and awe. Quiet their spirits and minds, and help them feel and be still in your presence. Pragmatically, we pray for great weather and health for all.

The volunteers arrive today we ask for supernatural, fast, real unity and love for one another. May joy characterize the team.

The United States no longer can claim to send out more cross-cultural workers than the rest of the world. That’s good news as it means the number of cross-cultural workers coming from other countries is increasing at an amazing rate. However, the States still easily outshines everyone in giving to cross-cultural works. As it appears that the country’s economy is heading into a downturn, we pray that Christians would grow in their generosity in helping God’s grace be made known around the world. We pray also for wisdom, integrity and honesty in the dispersal of those funds. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
