Central Asia, Spring 2013–I loved being in the villages and getting to wake up to this beautiful view of God’s magnificent creation!  I love the colors and textures-the tiny pink buds; grand blue sky; tall, thin trees; rugged mountains.  The only thing missing is the crisp, cool air.  What a lovely day!  God reminds me constantly through His world around me that I am not alone, even though I am single.  Even when I am discouraged and disenchanted by my situations or ministry, He reminds me that He holds my heart in His hands.  He is my refuge, my comforter, my best friend.  He sees me and loves me.  I am content and rejoice!
