These little beauties are everywhere and in every market! And they smell amazing as the flies swarm on hot days! OK, not really true about the smell. But fish are a staple here and are eaten more than any other meat. I have yet to figure out why they are wrapped around into circles to sell, but each little rickety stand has small piles of fish ready for the next lucky customer!
