Dear Heavenly Father,
Team dynamics can be tricky though we know you want us to live and work in love and unity. At the furlough retreat, there may be some who have ministry teams that are dysfunctional or lacking key members. You know what disagreements or broken relationships the retreat attendees may be struggling with. We ask for reconciliation where needed, for your godly wisdom to deal with divisions or differing perspectives, for harmony and peace if teams seem to resemble a war zone more than a ministry team. Please bring humility, compassion and true friendship and unity to each team represented at the furlough retreat. As the women enjoy the retreat, may you teach them how to live well with their teammates.
