Psalm 34:3 – Glorify the LORD with me; let us exalt His name together.
Today, please pray for retreat attendees Jodi, Stacy and Sylvia as well as retreat staff, Jenn (Thrive), Kari and Diane (volunteers).
Heavenly Father, thank you for the opportunity to serve you – you alone are worthy, and our hearts exalt together to worship you with our service. As the Retreat Volunteer Team individuals make arrangements for their time away from home and family and life’s demands, we pray for a sense of your provision for the things that tend to weigh most heavily in our thoughts and in our hearts – those things that can distract us from serving you well. As both the volunteer team and the attendees make travel plans to attend the retreat from all over North America, we ask that you might arrange work and family schedules for those days away, and that we would see your gracious hand in providing that time of retreat, set aside for the attendees to be encouraged, refreshed and fed by you. Help us to see you and follow you well, as we commit our ways and plans to you.
