The Lord your God is with you, He is mighty to save. He will take great delight in you, He will quiet you with His love, He will rejoice over you with singing (Zephaniah 3:17).

Today is the first day of the retreat—we are SO excited God!! Our heart cry is that each woman coming will experience the truth of this verse.

As the women arrive, may they sense a spirit of love, prayer and deep welcome. Lord we ask that Your Spirit bring about genuine sharing in a very short period of time; may the women feel “at home:. We ask for an authentic start to our small group times, may it be a time they look forward to. There will be many options during their “free time”, we ask that You provide them with the ones that will refresh them. Many have traveled hours, please help them be able to unwind quickly, sleep well, and laugh often—revitalize their spirits with joy, truth, worship, prayer and community.

Lord, we ask for Your special blessing and power to be poured out as we spend time at the end of this evening in a ´Sanctuary of Prayer´ (prayerful silence for 20 minutes). Each of the leaders will be laying hands on the women and praying over each of them. Saturate and quiet us with Your intimate presence. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
