Never will I leave you; never will I forsake you. So we say with confidence, The Lord is my helper; I will not be afraid. Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today and forever (Hebrews 13:5, 6,8).
Abba Father, our prayer is that You increase Charyln, Erin, Robin, and Angela‘s faith, to experience intimacy with Jesus, and be able to say with confidence that You are enough.
One of the attendees said “the only constant, is change” in their lives. Transition is the name of the game. As they seek You for direction in ministry, lead them clearly. During change, grant them adaptability and grace. Renew their sense of motivation and vision. Give them strength to say good-byes well, and willingness as well as vulnerability to love new people. Grant them stamina and insight to allow each person in the family to process change uniquely. May they all cling to Your constancy, and experience You in practical ways.
Today is the last day of the first retreat. Holy Spirit flow freely and deeply in and through each attendee and volunteer. Do all that you desire in and through us. May you delight in us, for your honor and glory.
Father, may the volunteers say good-bye well, lean deeply into You in thanksgiving, and rest supernaturally in order to receive the next group (in 24 hours) with anticipation, energy, and health.
In Jesus’ name, Amen.
