Tossed Salad with Herbed Vinaigrette

Tossed Salad with Herbed Vinaigrette

A simple salad with the simplest of dressings.

 

Yield: serves 8

 

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 C. (65 ml) red wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 T. fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 C. (125 ml) olive oil

 

 

Instructions

Combine the dressing ingredients in a glass jar and shake well to combine. Drizzle dressing over:

  • 8-10 C. mixed salad greens
  • 2 C. cherry tomatoes
