My name is Hannah Sterling. In 2005 I felt God speaking to me to fully surrender my life to Him. Since I had been saved as a little girl, I was confused at first–thinking I already had that covered! Then the Holy Spirit revealed to me that although I had accepted Jesus as my Savior, I had never surrendered to Him as Lord. From that time forward, I have followed Him wherever He has led me.

Over the past eight years I’ve served as a full-time cross-cultural worker in four different countries. Currently I’m serving in Leogane, Haiti with the Children’s Nutrition Program of Haiti www.cnphaiti.org. We are saving and transforming lives by teaching mothers how to raise healthy children. I’m also involved with Hope for Life Children’s Home www.hopeforlifehaiti.com where 21 of some of the most precious kids in the world live and have stolen my heart! I have a passion for discipleship–seeing people whose hearts desire to radically follow after Christ.

At the end of 2013 I will be transitioning into a new ministry role here in Haiti, and I do not know yet exactly how that will look. You can pray for me as I step out on that new journey with the Lord. And please also pray for the families CNP is impacting and the children at Hope for Life Children’s Home, that we will make a true and lasting impact in their lives and that God will continue to meet their needs.
